A 980 Ti isn't designed for 45 fps, even with the 970 at high settings. I'm not trying to be smart—just following my own advice. I did some tests to check what medium settings could do, but they didn’t make much difference in any case.

I adjusted the parameters to maximum and used 8x anti-aliasing, achieving 54 fps in the test. This isn’t directly related, but Team Fortress 2 often suffers significant frame drops. Grand Theft Auto 5 operates near 30fps in single-player with full settings, while multiplayer typically delivers 60–70fps.
