Hey everyone. I played this game on a laptop and went through about half of it. I tried to keep it going from my desktop, but when I saved the progress in the same folder as before, it didn’t work. It’s not the Steam version. What’s missing or what’s wrong?

Sounds like you're not copying it to the correct directory then. It needs to go from/to whatever your username on each system is. E.g. "C:\Users\<your-username-on-laptop>\AppData\…" to C:\Users\<your-username-on-desktop>\AppData\…"

Same operating system? Windows 11 behaves slightly differently when it comes to folders.

You also looked through the Documents and Program Files directories. They weren’t found in Appdata\Roaming; instead, they were located in the Local or LocalLow folders.

Correct, for the Steam edition it seems to be different.
