You're experiencing consistent FPS issues despite high-end hardware specs. It might be related to driver conflicts, GPU settings, or background processes. Try updating your NVIDIA drivers, checking for system updates, and ensuring no other resource-heavy applications are using significant RAM. If the problem persists, consider testing with a different GPU or adjusting power management settings.

Your current frame rate is decent, and you're adjusting some settings. Otherwise, we might need more guidance. Your system is solid, so performance should be okay. Just a note about Tomb Raider and SLI compatibility.

Unusual settings you have; performance stays steady around 60-80 FPS even at 1440p. High textures and effects are using a lot of VRAM, especially in ultra mode. I’m using 6.3GB RAM but my monitor is larger than mine. Most people set 4GB for VRAM, which seems to be the only adjustment I can think of.

The game requires a lot of VRAM. Consider lowering the texture quality.
