Occasionally it claimed I was streaming on a different device when I wasn’t, due to DRM licensing problems (access denied messages, reboots resolved), and with the radio it would loop the same tracks repeatedly (changing playlists solved the issue). These problems mostly appeared on my Lumia 925.
