Uncertain about the best option. Considered Grizzly Conductonaut but worried about safety concerns related to nickel components. No overclocking planned, and the room isn’t air-conditioned.

Kryonaut works well and doesn't conduct electricity, so it won't cause any issues even with minor overflow.

I discovered a coolermaster mastergel maker at one of your regular stores. Is this option suitable? The price seems reasonable compared to Grizzly Conductonaut.

Opt for Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. Using liquid metal isn't practical for most scenarios and introduces significant danger if things go wrong.

The conductonaut tends to cost more, but the CM MasterGel works well too. Generally, they perform similarly, and because you're not pushing the CPU beyond its limits, any model from major manufacturers should be acceptable.

Kryonaut is often seen as the top non-conductive paste, though it comes with a high price tag for the benefits received. I personally opt for Noctua NT-H1 and achieve similar results at a much lower cost.
