Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my graphics card – an AMD RX 570 4GB. It manifests as a green screen flash across the entire display for a couple of seconds when gaming, particularly in titles like Black Desert Online, League of Legends, Total War, and Warhammer 2. This happens frequently even when in windowed mode. When browsing the web, everything works normally. The GPU temperature spikes to 70-80°C during these episodes. I’ve tried various driver versions (19.4.1 and 19.5.1), adjusted pixel format settings (YCbCr 4:4:4), and updated my system. My motherboard is an AsRock 320M-DGS with a Ryzen 5 1600X, 8GB of RAM, and a Coolermaster 600W PSU. The monitor is a Samsung S24D330 (1920x1080, 60Hz) connected via HDMI. I'm concerned the GPU might be failing or that there’s an incompatibility issue. I've considered reinstalling Windows as a last resort. Could it be a hardware problem, driver conflict, or monitor issue? I’m desperate for help and considering switching to Nvidia.”

Here’s a revised version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow while preserving your original intent:

"To resolve this issue, please try reinstalling the graphics card drivers. Ensure you're using a driver version compatible with your operating system – it's often best to avoid the very latest release if possible. If problems persist, consider reverting to a previous, more stable driver version."

Have you attempted to calibrate the monitor? Try that out. How is the monitor connected to the GPU; HDMI, VGA, etcetera. I'd say try a different cable or swap to different ports (assuming the different ports you tried already) Does this issue pop-up during the login screen for league? Or do you have to be in the game? I say try running a GPU temperature analyzer such as HWinfo and see what the temps are and if there are any abnormalities within temps or what not. Is your GPU under warranty as well? I'd suggest calling up the manufacturer and questioning about the issue you have any maybe RMA the GPU. Do you have another GPU you can test?

Monitor is connected via HDMI cable to GPU i cant really swap new ports coz GPU has 1 HDMI and one DVI port
Issue happens after game loads the loading screen
GPU temperature goes about to 70 Celsius or above when im playing games could be gpu over heat?

That's a great rewrite! It effectively uses different words and maintains the original meaning while sounding more polished and engaging.
