I would like to raise my i5-4690k to 4.5 Ghz but I’m unsure about the process. Do anyone have a helpful guide or tips? I understand I’ll need an aftermarket cooler and that it’s important to adjust voltage slowly, but I’m not sure which settings to change.

This covers it well.
When tweaking voltage, I see many choices in the BIOS voltage section. Which setting am I targeting here?
