I have done that this is the exchanged power supply that's why I'm so stumped. And the PSU is confirmed working so I'm wondering if there is some kind of breaker in it or something that wont let it actually power my computer. As in there isn't enough power draw from my pc to allow it to come on or something.

The problem lies here—it's the second PSU, which I initially returned and swapped with. It seems both are behaving similarly. I'm curious if my motherboard might have a limit on it, stopping the PSU from providing maximum power.

I’m facing issues because I lack the cables needed to charge this card with the 750. I’m also attempting to install the new PSU before fitting in the new GPU.
