Great decrease in FPS after dusting the pc

I recently attempted a full hardware clean on my gaming PC, hoping to improve performance. I disassembled and meticulously cleaned my RX 590 graphics card, Ryzen 3 2200G CPU, motherboard (Asus Prime A320m-k), PSU (600W), RAM (2x4GB 2666MHz), SSD, and HDD. I reinstalled the GPU and reapplied thermal paste to both the CPU and graphics card. My goal was to address a noticeable drop in frame rates across several games – Hitman 2 (previously 120-130fps now struggling at 50-60fps), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (dropping from +100fps to 40-50fps), and CS:GO (decreasing from 300+ on high settings to a consistent 130 on low). My temperatures during these tests peaked at 40-50°C for the CPU and 60-75°C for the GPU, levels I’ve experienced consistently over time. Despite all this effort, my frame rates have continued to decline. My system specs are: RX590 8gb Nitro+, Ryzen 3 2200G, Lc power 600H, 2x4 2666mhz RAM, SSD: 240gb, HDD: 1tb. What troubleshooting steps should I take next?

This system has experienced unexpected power resets following shutdown and reboot. To address this, a comprehensive BIOS reconfiguration is recommended, including maximizing all available settings. Furthermore, there are concerns regarding the quality of certain components, specifically the power supply unit (PSU), which may be contributing to instability and inefficient power delivery. A coincidence could also be at play, but it's crucial to thoroughly investigate potential root causes. Addressing these issues through BIOS optimization and potentially upgrading the PSU is advised to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
Now, that's interesting. I noticed that, games that uses more gpu than cpu, in this case, it means nothing. Cpu usage can go even to 80-90&, but gpu stays at 50% at most. Temps are quite good as I mentioned, CPU never goes more than 50
, and GPU with some more demanding games can go to 75
max.
Well, I got the cmos battery out because it was very dusty, yes. Psu was bought 3 months ago, and it worked quite good for it's price I guess. No problems till now. Also, it's been one month, month and a half that drops fps like this.
just make sure your RAM, CPU, and all options regarding device voltage and PCIe options are optimized in the BIOS.
clearing the CMOS will reset the BIOS to defaults not configured for your particular hardware.
I will try that. How should I know when it's optimized? (maybe stupid question, Im no expert in this)
This document outlines how to optimize computer settings for performance. It focuses on adjusting CPU speed, voltage, RAM frequency, and PCIe slot configurations.

"When analyzing performance bottlenecks, it's crucial to consider resource utilization across all cores or threads. Focusing solely on overall CPU usage can be misleading; a single core limitation can significantly impact performance. For example, if you’re measuring CPU usage and see high values, it doesn't automatically mean the entire processor is overloaded. Instead, you need to examine each individual core – because one core being heavily utilized can limit the system’s overall speed."
I've been trying to find anything that could help me on internet, but hell, it's so confusing, cannot find pcie, no speed profiles for RAM, no voltage for ram, couple of dozen cpu voltage types... But I did set everything on default, but it didn't help anything.
