These aren't a good idea. While 4x16GB/4x24GB kits work fine enough, they still are more prone to issues than 2x32/2x48GB kits, and the 4x32/4x48GB kits are a bit of a mess, especially on Ryzen 7000. If it's absolutely necessary to have 128GB+ of RAM, then you don't really have an option, but otherwise you really want to just get a 2x48GB kit instead, though even these can have some problems on Ryzen 7000 if you're not on the latest BIOS. If you're willing to update the BIOS, get a 2x48GB kit. You have two options for which ones to get, the Micron based ones (worse performance though cheaper) or the Hynix based ones (more expensive usually though they perform better if you manually set the frequency).
