They are placed in a1-b1, doesn't that matter?

The main connections are A2 and B2, while A1 and B1 serve as secondary options. You'd rely on these specifically when using four RAM sticks, which due to the infinite fabric constraints, will operate at slower speeds compared to the xmp rating of two sticks.
A2 offers the quickest path and is the primary port for AMD, designed for a single high-speed stick. It resembles the USB ports found on the back of the computer, featuring some fast 3.2 red slots, standard 3.0 blue slots, and black USB 2.0 slots. For external storage, choose the red slots instead of black to avoid delays during uploads or downloads.
High-speed RAM requires the 'red' A2-B2 connections. A1-B1 would be black slots, which are not recommended.

You're planning to install your RAM sticks in a2-b2 and attempt overclocking. Are there any additional configurations you should adjust? Thanks for reaching out, but I'm here to assist with any questions you have about optimizing your PC.

It relies on the precise configuration of the system after a successful update. Certain voltages could be adjusted, the SoC might require slight modifications, and extensive adjustments are needed to optimize a Ryzen update without exceeding its safe boundaries.

It might be useful to share some photos of your BIOS settings. Also, checking the hwinfo64-sensor-display could be beneficial.

It looks like the person put together this completely overlooked the manual, although it is also suggested there to use the a2b2 slot. I’ll attempt to modify the voltage and keep you updated on the outcome.

Just edited them all. One last thing—are the latency timings acceptable?
