Download and run Cpu-Z:
https://www.cpuid.com/
Click on the Memory tab, take a screenshot and post it here.
Also what do the cpu and gpu temps get to in game? You can check those using either Msi Afterburner or HWINFO.
Set Vertical Sync to 'Fast' in Nvidia Control Panel/Optimus - whatever it's called. I keep forgetting that laptops are a little different.

Set Vertical Sync to 'Fast' in Nvidia Control Panel/Optimus - whatever it's called. I keep forgetting that laptops are a little different.
