I shared this earlier on the official game forum, but it’s nearly outdated. Someone might be able to adjust it for 720p and fix the Win 10 compatibility issue instead of the old 7. Everything is up to date and verified with current game data—just reset the settings. I’m not sure what’s causing the crash when launching in Win 7 compatibility mode.

I’m able to move around and act normally, though most surfaces are bare except for a couple like the building’s wall.
