Consider this a thermal concern—quickly run HWINFO64, open Unigine Heaven or another stress test, and monitor the readings. Focus on the hotspot, memory/VRAM usage, and VRM performance.

Only the GPU is being considered, that should work.

Oh and another thing, I have stress tested the GPU multiple times using 3DMark and not a single crash, also it says the card is just like the expectations.

I believe this might be the issue. Do you know someone you could ask to borrow their PSU for testing? If not, try connecting the 1 6-pin connector from one PSU to your PC and the other connector from the other PSU. Use the paperclip trick to power up the second PSU. Focus on the specific area you need to check closely.

Older Nvidia graphics cards lack hotspot temperature monitoring features. It's unclear whether Ampere or Turing brought this update, but not Kepler. HwInfo may show an approximate figure, though it won't provide accurate hotspot data.

You really brought it back to mind that I was interested in giving it a shot. I’m familiar with a lot of computer and tech stuff, but this feels like a big challenge.

Test them for a short period, similar to FurMark or Unigine Heaven, and run them for about 30 minutes. How long did you play before the game stopped working?

I wasn't aware of that, I thought it would appear on every card starting around 2005, but maybe not.

You're experiencing issues with Phasmophobia when the temperature is low, possibly because recent crashes have affected system stability. This could mean that lower temperatures trigger instability or resource limits in the game.
