To try and understand what's happening, I captured the video at various glitches. There are several issues occurring. The geometry and textures on the models are incorrect. Some models vanish entirely. The camera shifts to random spots, such as outside the walls. Each occurrence happens only once per frame before returning to normal. Fascinating...

I'm glad to share that I've discovered a solution. Thanks to the information provided:

Adjusting the CPU affinity in Task Manager and turning off the two most powerful CPUs resolved the issue for me.
I'm not entirely sure what's happening, but it seems like a thread synchronization problem, possibly causing data corruption during writes or reads.
The fix has been confirmed to work in both System Shock Remake and Deep Rock Galactic. Could the moderators please label this as resolved?
