I see the issue is widespread, not just a one-time problem. The resolution is set to the highest possible, and it's happening everywhere I go. Someone more experienced should help me troubleshoot this. I've reinstalled my drivers and have a 1080p 1980 monitor, but the issue persists. Check the latest drivers? Use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove your current driver and switch back to an older version.

Switch back to a single driver first. Then fully clear your current driver using DDU.
