My GTA V functioned correctly prior to upgrading to a Threadripper 1950x (16 Cores) with two RTX 2080s in SLI. My research indicates the core count is the issue. I have utilized various .bat files to limit the game to 8 cores, but it consistently boots with all 16 and remains at the bikini girl loading screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled GTA V and the Social Club add-on multiple times, relocated the game between my C: Drive and E: drive (where it previously functioned), and adjusted affinity via .bat files without success.

System Specs: Threadripper 1950x / two RTX 2080 SLI / 64 GB RAM / 500 Gb WD M.2 Drive / Aorus x399 Gaming 7 Motherboard / 1100 Watt Thermaltake PSU. CPUs and GPUs are water-cooled. GTA has been moved back to the Ext HDD E: where it was previously operational. Can anyone provide a .bat file for use? Is there potentially another problem? Please assist.

Yes, that did not help. Thank you for your reply. I ended up using Ryzen Master to shut down eight of the cores. RM allows you to set two profiles; I set the second profile to disable half of the cores because I could not find a viable .bat file.
