The behavior seems unpredictable, though it occasionally manifests during scripted moments and tends to be more pronounced and problematic then.

My system specifications are: Intel Core i5 7500 + GTX 1070 with 16 GB of RAM.

The graphics settings are set to “Very High” across most options, but this persistent blur and fuzziness continues, along with occasional micro-jittering even though I’m maintaining a consistent frame rate of 60 fps.
