I'm planning to upgrade from 8GB RAM to 32GB, which seems like a smart move for the future and for handling tasks like 3070. What are everyone's thoughts? Thanks!

Having 32GB is costly because it represents a higher price point compared to smaller capacities. The choice of 32GB over just an 8GB stick likely depends on performance needs, space requirements, or budget considerations.

Only 2DIMS available, considering I need two 16GB drives.

Your setup isn’t ideal; using faster DIMMs might cause problems. A 3200 Cl16 16GB configuration works fine.

I wouldn't take on it. What are your current tasks? If you mention just gaming, light to medium streaming, everyday activities, light to medium video editing, and media production, you'll likely need no more than 16.

I really like the profile picture too, right? I'm thinking about future-proofing and what it would be like when the 3000 series arrives. I won't have to upgrade for a while, and it should be more affordable.

Higher quality graphics cards don't depend on more RAM. These components are unrelated; the RAM serves CPU-intensive tasks only, affecting games that rely on processing power. No game requires over 16 GB of RAM in this context—far less than that. Even 8 GB is sufficient. Most users choose 16 GB for other needs, like keeping their operating system and browser responsive during gaming.

That's when all will decide where to stop.
