GPU-Z triggers an immediate BSOD during startup. Unclear cause—new laptop with Windows 8.1 64bit, Intel-only, no dedicated GPU. Only a vague 'system service exception (GPU-Z.sys)' appears when launching. Possible issues?

The motherboard might not be compatible with certain features or parts that the software needs. This issue has happened with older motherboards and Speedfan too. Consider using a different monitoring tool.
