Hi, I recently purchased an Alienware Aurora R11 in December 2019. After some research and replacing the PSU, the problems persisted. The system stopped working, and I eventually upgraded the motherboard and case. I installed OSRS on Runelite with GPU support for a week. My screen went dark one day, and my keyboard, mouse, and A50s lost power through a USB hardwire connection—even with the mousepad lit. When the GPU was plugged in, everything functioned except the mouse and keyboard, which only worked when the screen was on. I’m fairly new to PC building, and my build includes an Asus Z590-A Mobo with an I9-10900KF CPU, 32GB RAM (two 16GB sticks), an RTX 3080, a 1000W Pystar 80+ Gold PSU, and a DP port on the motherboard. I also tried booting in BIOS but couldn’t locate the relevant switch. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
