I own a gigabyte rx 9070 xt gaming oc. when playing games such as cs 2 at 1440p maximum, the gpu doesn't reach its full capacity even though it shows 100 percent usage with my ryzen 7 9800x3d. the gpu stays consistently at 100 percent without ever dropping. anyone know why?
gpu temperature stays around 68 degrees while playing, but the vram gets warmer each day. when i first purchased this card, vram was at a maximum of 84 degrees, now it's up to 90 degrees and the gpu temperature is 72 degrees. the hotspot is at 92 degrees.
