I'm not familiar with Watch Dogs, but Arma is quite demanding on the CPU. Try using Unigine Heaven or Superposition for testing. A 144hz monitor won't make much difference. More likely, you're struggling because your game is too CPU-heavy. Look for a different title that's less resource-intensive.

Please clarify the setup you're using. Are you testing across all low settings or focusing on a specific range? Also, confirm if you're aiming for ultra performance at 55-70 FPS.

If there’s a problem with your GPU, increase the settings to their maximum. Aim for about 99% utilization. The lower the numbers, the more dependent you’ll be on the CPU. When CPU usage takes over, the GPU can’t perform as well, leading to reduced performance and capped frame rates.
