Hi, I just completed a build with:
gtx 1650
ryzen 3200g
16 gb ram ddr4
When playing games like Warzone, my graphics card usage is only 40% and CPU is at 100%. I think it might not be the main issue. I followed some Windows optimization guides recently, but maybe I made a mistake there?

We're going to need a little more information. Please include/list your specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:
Also, check and see which BIOS version you're currently on for your motherboard.
Might want to include the links to those optimization guides, so we can see if you did something that wasn't necessary.
Include the titles you're playing(without stating an etc. in that sentence) and the resolution at which you're gaming at.

I enjoy playing Fortnite Warzone and Fall Guys; both games run smoothly, though I experience occasional stutters possibly due to the new season. Fall Guys also performs well.
