B580 performs even worse in terms of driver overhead compared to Nvidia. Several videos from HUB discuss this issue.
there are also options for the 6750 from amd, and a new driver has recently been released.
I haven't noticed any improvements from driver updates regarding the overhead problem. HUB thinks it's a design issue, so drivers likely won't help much.
