I own an ASUS DUAL OC GTX 1060. After using GPU Tweak ii and EVGA Precision X, I've found GPU Tweak ii more suitable, though it doesn't allow for high enough clock speeds. Precision X lets me reach impressive settings, but I'm wondering if this is typical.

did you adjust the GPU Tweak 2 settings and select the overclocking range enhancement, which is intended to broaden your options?
this was briefly discussed at 10:30 in the video [link].
