I recently purchased an ASUS RX 590 GME from AliExpress. When I powered it on for the first time, the fans spun very fast. I attempted to install AMD drivers to adjust fan speed but had no luck. I also tried MSI Afterburner, but the RPM stayed at 2900. Noticing that holding the first fan caused the RPM to drop to zero, I reflashed the VBIOS, but it didn’t help. Any advice?
