Hi! I created a new system with an MSI Gaming X GPU. I'm trying to overclock it and found the MSI Gaming App on my PC. It offers Silent, Gaming, and OC modes. When I overclock using Afterburner, the app pushes the clock beyond what the GPU can handle, causing crashes and restarts. Anyone know why this happens?

Hi AlfreyCruz,
GPU BOOST is a feature that adjusts automatically based on available heat capacity.
https://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/gpu-boost.
A crash usually means you've hit the limit for overclocking.

It will crash once you hit the limit of what you can overclock.
