Hi. I attempted to overclock the GTX 1060. Once I found suitable settings, I tried running the combo overnight. After five hours, there was only one artifact left. Is it safe? Thanks, and sorry for the English.

I wouldn't suggest using tools such as kombustor for longer than an hour. They put excessive strain on your GPU with tasks that are too demanding. It's wiser to check stability during your preferred games.
