They seem correct. Looking at my manufacturer's site for a change, they mentioned nothing to update.

I would attribute it to hardware wear, possibly because the power monitor circuit began giving incorrect voltage readings. Consider initiating an RMA process. This appears to be a hardware issue, likely a short in a resistor. If you prefer not to proceed with an RMA, shut down the laptop and inspect the PCB near the GPU for any burn marks or solder residues.
