GPU produces significant coil whine during installation of bottom fans
When I set these fans - Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM - my graphics card becomes unstable. It already has some coil whine, but once I put them in and connected, the fans operate smoothly without any noise. However, when I open the windows, my GPU starts to vibrate slightly due to coil whine. With these fans added, during games the whine intensifies significantly, reaching a level that was previously unnoticed. It’s only because of its age (three years) that it produces this kind of noise. I attempted to use the same fans on an older system I’m selling. They function perfectly there; the GPU remains quiet and easily achieves a good score in the Heaven benchmark. Temperatures are excellent.
But when I place them in my current setup, I encounter completely unexpected behavior from my GPU.

Here are the details, all components new:
CPU - Ryzen 7 9800x3d
Motherboard - MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI (bios version 7E16v193(Beta version), released on 2024-12-03)
PSU - DeepCool PX1200G
RAM - Trident Z5 Neo RGB
DDR5-6000 CL30-36-36-96 1.35V
32GB AMD EXPO
GPU - XFX Radeon RX 6700 XT SPEEDSTER MERC 319 BLACK Gaming
Case - Cougar MX600 RGB Black
Cooling solution - be quiet! Pure Loop 2 360 мм (BW019)
I currently have seven fans installed in my case: four pre-installed with the case and three from the water cooling unit.
I need your assistance. It seems there’s no reason these fans are fully working on my older, budget PC and they’re causing my GPU to behave strangely on my newly upgraded system. The installation was done correctly, ensuring proper airflow into the case and components. I’m an amateur, but I quickly understood what was happening.
How are the fans hooked up in both your old and new systems?
You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU(and it's age if you're recycling it from an older build), the source of the power to all your components. Please include a video with audio for us to see. You can host your clip on a site like Imgur and then pass on a link for us to see(and hear).
The psu is a DeepCool PX1200G. All components are new except the GPU, which I previously bought used before purchasing the 5080. However, it doesn't produce as much coil whine without the fans installed, which is the main advantage. When the fans aren't running, the coil whine becomes manageable.
