The sole noticeable aspect is your extremely slow RAM. The performance of each game varies depending on RAM speed; check benchmarks in Watchdogs for more details.

I haven't turned on XMP yet. However, I noticed the memory is running at 2133MHz out of 2133. Can I still achieve a performance boost by enabling XMP even though it's already set to the correct frequency?

The RAM speed is limited to 2133mhz, which means no higher XMP configuration is possible. Manual overclocking would be necessary.

Yes, the RAM you referred to is the slowest DDR4 available. You might need to overclock it or use 3200mhz RAM.

Could the ram truly be such a significant constraint? All the information I've seen suggests it's quite limited. In certain games, it might not even exist.

wait until they completed the good optimization. the game still has a lot of drops and isn't stable yet.
