GPU: RX 9060 XT 16GB
CPU: i9-11900K
According to the title, my graphics card operates at PCIe gen 1.1 even when under pressure, and I've been curious if I'm missing performance potential from this card. I attempted to manually adjust the PCIe to gen 4.0 in the BIOS, but Link State Power Management remains disabled. I've observed it reaching gen 4.0 previously, but not now. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! What is the make and model of your motherboard? What BIOS version does it use? List any other PCIe devices in your system besides your discrete GPU. Provide the make and model of your PSU and its age. I'm assuming you upgraded to the RX9060 XT, what did you upgrade from?

Verify the power source and consider turning off power management settings in BIOS/UEFI.

Didn't include the BIOS version for your motherboard. Please note this board isn't built for the i9 processor you mentioned because of its poor VRM design. PSU options: Corsair CX750 (green labeled) or grey/black labeled CX 750. Also, didn't specify the model's age.

The BIOS has been upgraded to the newest release "1.60R." The power supply unit is a black one, purchased brand new last month.
