I've been improving my PC recently. I got a Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce Xtreme 4080 and put it into this configuration: MSI X570-A Pro, Ryzen 5 5600X, 32 GB HyperX 3200 RAM, and Chieftec Proton BDF-650C 650W. After running 3D Mark in SteamSpy default benchmark, I received a score here: https://imgur.com/a/SGBUPPd. Then I planned to upgrade to an AM5 socket and built the same setup: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX, Ryzen 7 7700X, 32 GB Kingston FURY 6000, and Power 11 850W. The score came in at https://imgur.com/a/NvcfzGW. Overall, the performance is better, but the graphics score dropped, and frame rates fell by about 10%. Both times I used MSI Afterburner for OC with identical settings from the automatic process: https://imgur.com/a/Qx90xcn. No changes were made to the GPU setup in the case. Any advice would be appreciated?

You're referring to RAM? I turned on EXPO 2 during BIOS setup because the system wouldn't boot with EXPO 1. I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 during the process before adjusting the socket due to software problems. The initial builds worked on Windows 10.

Upgrading from version 10 to 11 might still use the same chipset drivers if you didn't reinstall them.

This update isn't a new setup and might be leading to the problems you're facing.

Thanks for the ideas. I chose to upgrade the motherboard BIOS first before looking into old chipset drivers, and it worked out. My board originally had BIOS version F1, while the current one is F4. The update improved the score to this link: https://imgur.com/a/z3Ft5w4
