Gpu overclocking on h81m motherboard

My friend should check if his motherboard supports overclocking before doing it. The ASUS H81M-D LGA1150 and MSI GTX950 Gaming 2G are compatible with overclocking, but upgrading the motherboard might be necessary.

Your GPU clock speed isn't related to the Mobo you possess. Therefore, they should be capable of overclocking properly if you have a high-quality power supply that can handle the additional demand and a reliable thermal setup on the card (such as a heatsink and fan). Keep in mind there are no guaranteed safe failures—overclocking comes with personal risk!

They should be able to overclock properly if you have a decent power supply that can handle the extra power and a solid thermal setup like a heatsink and fan. Just remember there are no guarantees—failures can happen, and you're taking the risk by overclocking! Thanks for your help! Also, his PSU is 500w.
