in the best case overclocking could boost performance by 5 to 8 percent, which might mean around 10 frames per second extra. this is only realistic if you're aiming for a better experience. For a more reliable upgrade, consider getting a new card that's already overclocked and enjoy it instead of complaining about features that often cause more issues.

Who asserts this? And increasing performance beyond limits isn't considered a fundamental right, as it isn't acknowledged by the UN or similar organizations.

in the optimal case overclocking could boost performance by 5 to 8 percent, which might mean around 10 frames per second extra, but only in the most favorable conditions. For a more satisfying experience, opt for a new card that is already overclocked and avoid criticizing features that often cause more issues than benefits.
