I have four distinct MSI Afterburner settings for my GPU overclock, each stable during Heaven bench. The two most intense profiles cause a green screen lockup with audio micro loop (RIP Ears) when playing Witcher 3. Does a 'green screen' crash indicate anything specific? It’s always the same pattern of failure. What tools can I use to dig deeper into the exact problem? Debug report type results would help. Thanks for your time.

The picture freezing or using a green screen is simply because the OC is unstable. The fix is straightforward: reduce the overclock.

Right. It might not have crashed before, but if you're seeing a green screen or other visual glitches, your overclock is definitely too high and unstable.

Thank you for your responses.
Stock levels around 965/1400 and values above 1140/1480 seem to cause instability in Witcher 3. I still have a lee-way on Voltage (currently at +75). I was using +100, but the temperature sensors settled at 75°C, which reduces that voltage margin, so she now runs at 72°C.
I think Witcher 3 is quite demanding for a 2GB GPU.
😀
(Edit: Not sure about the 'best solution' here. Both answers were similar, so I went with the first one. Thanks again.)
