Completed installation and setup of Windows. GPU not recognized initially. Reconnected cables and GPU, now output appears via HDMI (RX6600). Fans remain inactive during idle. Updated June 9, 2023 by tysken_02

We don't know the exact reason it warms up during idle when it isn't detected. Have you applied any recent updates? Did you update the GPU driver? Which software is currently managing the display? Are there any unknown devices connected that might be affecting it?

The fans probably won't spin when idle. Install the drivers and restart the computer.
