I don't perceive any issues with the images provided. Could you clarify what you mean by a "problem"?

Did all the screw holes on your motherboard have matching standoffs fitted, or were some omitted? Not having standoffs in the IO slot region could cause the board to shift and move away from the cards you're trying to connect.

The card isn't fully pressed in the slot anymore. It can't be pushed further because the back tab holding it to the case is completely tightened. This suggests the motherboard is too low, possibly due to short standoffs. Could you tell me the case's make and model? It might be a quality control issue from the manufacturer. Consider returning the case and getting a different one.

In the third image, you notice a space between the notch where the G is and the motherboard slot. I just performed a test fit using a spare card and motherboard card, and it appears the card should fit better into the slot. However, the first photo suggests the card wasn’t lowered evenly. I recommend unscrewing the card and reattaching it, ensuring it sits flat before securing it back in place.

In my opinion, it's just a poor viewing position that makes the gap seem larger than it is.

Fractal torrent mid size works well here. The standoffs fit perfectly into the cutout.

I'm 90 percent sure that this is a pc case issue. I had the same issue where my pc case is not enabling my gpu to sit properly because of the distance from the backplate to the "gold" connectors of the gpu. Here's the story on how I learned that this was a pc case issue: I returned two same gpu models to it's sellers because of no display, both of the sellers told me that the gpu is working fine and sent me a video of it working after returning it to them, I was puzzled at first, now I tried to remove the motherboard from the case as I was having a suspicion already with the gpu not sitting properly. I tried the "no pc case method" wherein you need to turn on the whole system unit with only a screwdriver because you don't have any power button on the motherboard itself. BOOM, now it's working. Changed my pc case, no issues from thereon.
If anyone having a same problem but still want to keep the pc case, just try to re-adjust the standoff screws to certain height in order for the gpu's connector will reach your mobo's connectors
