i have an xfx reference rx 480 8gb factory ocd at 1288 mhz
my psu is a 600 watt 80 plus white seasonic with a gigabyte h110m ds2 ddr4 mobo
basically i can't even oc it to 1300mhz without it crashing and the temps were well below 90 which is the reason my gpu will crash, i've set power to 50 plus in msi afterburner but no avail, any suggestions what to do? i have an i5 6500 btw

You're sure to have heard about the 'luck of the draw,' aren't you? Some cards are quite good, while others are not at all. What you're really guaranteed is the factory-specified model from the manufacturer. Any observations you make are at your own risk, and nothing is assured.
