This was the most unusual issue I've encountered. I have two computers, and after swapping the GPUs, one stopped working while the other functioned perfectly. They're essentially identical—1060 and 1080 models. I can't see any video output on my Intel 12700 PC when the 1060 is installed, even though the motherboard has a video port. The software won't display the BIOS, and the hardware seems intact. How could this happen? I've reinserted the GPU multiple times, and it worked fine in another system just last year.
