It’s mostly when I set the CPU Clock Ratio to 5 times or more that this occurs. But with AUTO enabled everything works fine.
Here’s the issue: the combination of board and CPU is quite old. Raising the multiplier on that board increases performance, but there are reasons why Nvidia no longer produces motherboard chipsets—problems like yours were common.
You have a modern GPU, but it’s limited by that outdated CPU. Even if you push the GPU to its limits, it won’t significantly improve results. It’s time to upgrade.
