I purchased a 3060 graphics card and had it installed, but it doesn’t appear on my PC. I’ve looked in Device Manager and ICUE to confirm if the GPU is detected, yet it isn’t. The system started without any warnings from the EZ Debug LED, and the VGA indicator didn’t light up either. What might be causing this?

You receive video from the card or are you running onboard graphics? Have you downloaded the drivers already?

Here’s more about what you’re dealing with. You’re considering reseating the GPU, but it seems the system isn’t detecting it. You mentioned trying other steps like unplugging power cables, switching PCIe slots, booting from a Linux or Windows live environment, and checking the OS. You also want to see the rig’s specs, a screenshot of Device Manager, and possibly discuss whether a refund might be necessary. It sounds like you’re trying to troubleshoot a connection issue.

I receive video output from the card, but I don’t have integrated graphics. The drivers are tricky—I’ve attempted them without success. This is my first attempt replacing a GPU since my setup is already prebuilt.

Are you familiar with your earlier card? If it was an AMD model, visit nvidias website at https://www.nvidia.com/, locate the driver in the upper right corner, choose your GPU, download the installer, and launch it.
