There are many users here, but no one had this problem before and found a solution? After fixing the issues, most users don't share how they resolved it.

I might have resolved it, at least for me.
I had to replace both RAM modules because they were under warranty, making it simple.
If I changed one at a time the issue would continue, even with other modules, it would still fail. With the two new ones, it's working as expected up to now.

I had 16 gb of Corsair Vengeance 2x8, I added another pair of identical RAM sticks, but it didn't resolve the random stutter and GPU power loss. It happened just a few days ago. I tested all possible memory combinations in the slots, but nothing worked. What you tell me now will seem unusual. I tested the GPU on another PC, and it didn't show any periodic freezes lasting a second. After months of searching for a solution, I wasn’t too convinced by the results, but I gave it a try. When I brought in the RX6700XT, I used a longer HDMI cable—about 4 meters—and no freeze occurred. WOW! People on forums didn’t believe a HDMI cable could cause stutters or freezes in games, but it can. I suspect the issue might be with the sound connection, as many stutters happen when audio is rendered. I’m not 100% sure, but I didn’t experience that kind of freeze before. It could have been another small freeze caused by game optimizations on some systems. I’m trying to assist other users with this problem. Sorry for my English, I’m doing my best. I’ll check again after more tests to confirm if this was the problem. I hope it works for you too and helps others. Good thoughts to everyone.
