Experimentation was key. On Windows I could inspect the voltage curve and identify where the current began to rise, along with its position on the graph. On Linux I adjusted continuously based on watts versus PPD until I reached a satisfactory point. Ideally this should be done using a more robust WU. The configuration gets lost after reboots, and since it requires root access, I didn’t set it up automatically. I’d like to add nvidia-smi to the sudoers file so I can manage it later.

The system was fully reinstalled yet the problem remains. Both GPUs functioned properly in Linux but are now working correctly in Windows (verified using FurMark).
