Is there a graphics card suitable for an OptiPlex 390 that can run Fortnite? It might be a challenge, but your son enjoys Fortnite and his current setup has an i5 2400 and 8GB RAM. I’m not planning to replace everything just for him, but I’ll keep it in mind if he wants to try other games later. Thanks for any advice!
