I was curious about titles that rely heavily on the GPU. With your R9 270X and an Athlon X4 860K, GTA V should handle it smoothly at around 80% usage, while F4 can push it to full capacity.

Tomb Raider appears to overlook the presence of a processor in your system. It depends quite a bit on the graphics card.

Check for newer versions that support more cores. Some games now run smoothly on modern systems.

Absolutely not. With so many graphics mods installed, even an FX CPU performs smoothly.

I can confirm this. My Skyrim has a huge number of mods, and my system handles them all smoothly.

The process of obtaining mods can take a significant amount of time.

I’ve tested my 970 with a lot of mods in Skyrim, over 70 of them, mainly for visual effects. I didn’t touch the .ini settings. The grass looks the most affected by the changes. It really pushed the 970 to its limits.
