I experienced frequent black screens accompanied by error messages like “graphics driver failed and recovered.” Eventually, a full crash occurred with a Windows error indicating a driver issue. I used DDU to reset the driver, downloaded a new one, but the problem persisted. I reinstalled it twice using older versions, yet testing with Memtest confirmed no hardware faults. Replacing the 3080 with the 1650 worked fine, passing benchmarks. Switching the 3080 back to another PC also performed well. After trying various fixes, I wiped my Windows and encountered severe slowdowns during installation, skipping many frames. The process has been frustrating; I’ve spent about a month troubleshooting but still haven’t resolved it. I’m hoping for some guidance since no solution seems clear.
