Attempt to proceed; GPU drivers were still outdated, which might lead to a fix. It's interesting to hear if anyone else faced similar issues or saw Task Manager showing "-1% usage."

I experienced comparable problems but not identical ones. Using YouTube caused my computer to crash, while only YouTube triggered this issue. You can check the Event Viewer for clues. Fixes that helped included disabling fast startup in the control panel and BIOS, reinstalling drivers, running sfc /scannow, and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth via the command line. If this assists, please let me know.

Exact RAM model, number of sticks, and kits required. Besides what @ArushM mentioned remains relevant, unusual aspects like this are typical for RAM. If the GPU or CPU fails, it should trigger a shutdown or restart, not just an endless hang. This behavior is usually how RAM operates.

4 sets of 2 sticks, each with 8GB of Corsair DDR4 Vengeance RAM.

Or maybe it's different, I don't really know how to fix the cache. I suspect some drivers might have become unstable during overclocking, which led to errors only when using YouTube. I tried to force the PC to boot aggressively and it got worse. It seems the Wi-Fi drivers were the issue, and a faster startup resolved the problem.

ok this is actually worst case scenario (almost lol) try booting with just one kit in *dual channel* refer to your mobo for that and also make sure its actually two sticks of the same kit - also run it at default speeds, no xmp. basically... Ryzen hates if you use 4 sticks, especially when its two different kits, but even then it might not like it (at all) known issue since the first ever ryzen cpu lol... sure it can work, but often it doesn't, so try it, 1 kit, dual channel, no xmp. ps: also reset CMOS (often the mobo retains whatever weird settings caused by the RAM issues)
