I recently acquired a second-hand Evga 2080ti and it functioned well for several weeks. Recently, when booting up my PC, the motherboard lights illuminate but the GPUs fail to activate, and the GPU emits a plane-like noise while the monitor shows no input. I’ve connected my old Asus 1050ti GPU, which works perfectly, confirming the issue isn’t with the slot or power supply. I’ve reset the CMOS, verified all cables, but I’m unsure what else to do. My system specs include an AMD Ryzen 1600x on an MSI B350 Pro Gaming board with 8GB RAM and Corsair TX650M memory.
